What Does the E-Filing Service Include?
We submit ready-to-file PDF documents through the appropriate court electronic filing system and associate each filing with the correct case. The service is limited to filing documents provided by the client.

Our electronic filing service fee ranges from $50 to $100, depending on the filing. Court filing fees and electronic filing provider fees, if applicable, are separate.
No. The electronic filing service is limited to submitting documents to the court. Clients must provide a ready-to-file copy in a flattened PDF format.
One complimentary resubmission is included if the court rejects the document. If corrections or revisions are required, the client must provide a corrected, ready-to-file PDF before the document can be resubmitted.
