Frequently Asked Questions

The mediation process begins with an intake form and a service agreement. At least two days before the scheduled mediation, each party must submit a written statement outlining the rental issues and proposed solutions. If a resolution is reached, LDA Legal Solutions will prepare the agreement.

Mediation sessions have a three-hour minimum and are billed at an hourly rate. The session may be extended when the parties need additional time. Any remaining balance is due within 24 hours after the mediation.

If no agreement is reached, the parties may schedule another mediation session to continue discussing possible solutions.
