Yes. LDA Legal Solutions can prepare the Request to Waive Court Fees, FW-001, and the required identifying information on FW-003, the proposed court order. The court reviews the request and decides whether to approve the waiver.
An RFO (Form FL-300) lets you ask the court to make a new order or change an existing one in an open California family law case. The most common requests are:

- Spousal or partner support: requesting, modifying, or terminating it
