Ms. Hernandez is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a deep commitment to justice, client empowerment, and community service. She holds a degree in Humanities & Communications, a degree in Paralegal Studies, and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. In addition to her academic background, she is a licensed Real Estate Professional, a commissioned Notary Public, and a registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA), bringing a comprehensive range of legal, real estate, and client-focused expertise to her work.

During the pandemic, Ms. Hernandez worked at the Public Law Center, where she assisted tenants in securing housing stability while coordinating efforts with other local nonprofits to secure state funding for tenants facing financial hardship. She collaborated with community partners such as Latino Health Clinic, Salvation Army, and United Way, working together to ensure tenants in need received vital resources and financial support. One of her key achievements was building relationships with Housing is Key, which allowed for the expedited process of securing funding for tenants, ensuring they remained in their homes during a time of crisis.

Ms. Hernandez also brings significant experience in law firm management. She contributed to the development of firm procedures and systems that optimized operational efficiency and streamlined workflows.
